Kelli was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 17 December 2013 and of the High Court of Australia on 13 January 2014.

From 2008 to 2011, Kelli worked with Maria-Luisa as a paralegal at Sir Ronald Chambers and became immersed in the area of legal costs. She assisted Maria-Luisa in drawing bills of costs, seeking indemnity costs for clients, assisting with and attending taxations of costs in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, undertaking global assessments of costs and negotiating settlements with respect to party/party costs. After completing her law degree, she worked as a solicitor from 2012 to 2016 at Norton Rose Fulbright Australia, where she gained experience in commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance across several industries.

After 4 years at Norton Rose, Kelli re-joined Maria-Luisa at Coulson Legal in November 2016 as a Consultant Solicitor. Kelli is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and sits on the Australia-Pacific Chapter Committee of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. Her dedicated, enthusiastic and commercial approach to practice ensures technically astute advice.  She is a versatile and results-driven professional who prides herself in being organised and an effective communicator.  Kelli is based in the South-West and is available to take instructions on costs matters, with a particular emphasis on solicitor and client costs disputes, party and party costs disputes, and the provision of precedent costs agreements to practitioners in the South-West.

When not considering costs, Kelli enjoys yoga, kite surfing and spending time at the beach.
